Gabe McCready
President

Gabe McCready is the President of Operations for Integrated Systems Technologies (IST). Gabe has spent the first 8 years of his professional career consulting and working alongside education institutions to develop industry backed engineering, manufacturing, and automation training programs. By working with local manufacturing employers, education entities, state workforce boards, and automation equipment builders, he has developed a unique perspective and knowledge base on how to connect education and industry to ensure education and training programs produce high skilled individuals ready to work in the manufacturing / automation workforce sector. Outside of IST, Gabe enjoys working on his family farm, mountain biking, and camping.

Ryan Rundle
Vice President of
Business Development

Ryan Rundle is the Vice President of Business Development at Integrated Systems Technologies (IST). In his current role, Ryan’s focus is consulting with educational institutions with the goal of building advanced manufacturing training programs that align to the regional workforce need. He has a passion for building programs that produce highly skilled individuals who contribute to the success and growth of regional & American manufacturing. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University and a Doctorate degree from Walsh University. Outside of IST, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, being active, and all things Cleveland sports.

JJ Burkhart
Services/Project Manager

JJ possesses a passion for helping customers succeed with using their equipment to help better prepare students for today's skilled workforce. He enjoyings teaching instructor's how to use and troubleshoot their equipment and help understand how to utilize the resources and tools tied to it as well to prepare them for success. JJ has a customer first mindset and is alway ready and eager to assist them. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys outside, enjoying swimming, boating, snow skiing and anything outdoor related. Even though he loves residing in the small, quaint town of Bellville, OH, he loves to get out and about and travel and see all that our beloved earth has to offer, from the big city life to the mountains and beaches.
eric bradbury, consultant & regional service manager

Eric Bradbury
Consultant & Regional Service Manager

Eric Bradbury, Regional Sales and Service Manager. Eric is a FANUC Certified Robot Operator (NOCTI FCR-01) in material handling and robotic welding applications. Eric is also a FANUC Certified Collaborative Robot Operator (NOCTI). He received his Associates Degree of Arts from Washtenaw Community College. Eric has obtained multiple certifications related to CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection, 40Hr Hazmat and 30Hr OSHA training. Eric is located at our regional support office in the greater Ann Arbor, Michigan area. Eric enjoys getting to know his customers. He provides individualized service and support while maintaining strong communication throughout your project. You can work closely with Eric to design your new state of the art STEAM/Innovation Center or spend some time together performing hands-on training in the classroom. Eric works closely with the internal sales and service team at Integrated Systems Technology to provide excellent communication and project management throughout the life of your equipment. When not providing sales and service needs to customers, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and dog. He enjoys traveling, being outdoors, camping, riding ATVs, and working on projects around the house.

Kody Cottis
Service Consultant

Kody had no idea what his future would be like in high school. He was about to graduate thinking about going into the engineering field like a lot of his friends. He went to visit UNOH and saw their robotics program and was immediately hooked. There he got the skills and training he needed to be successful in his current field. He graduated UNOH at the end of 2019 and started at IST in early 2020 and has been with IST since. Now he is helping to service equipment in all of IST’s territories. Kody is married to his beautiful wife Keegan. They have a Dalmatian named Kylo. Kody and Keegan like to go fishing, go on walks, take rides in their Jeep and bringing Kylo with them. 

Tyler Ellis
Service Technician

Tyler is a product of the process. He graduated from Tri-Rivers Career Center in 2015 where he went through the RAMTEC program. He received many certifications when going through the program such as Fanuc HandlingTool and Operation, and so much more. Tyler is always working to aid our customers in getting to know their equipment better and servicing equipment to the best of our ability. When not servicing the needs of our customers, Tyler enjoys spending time with his two sons. He enjoys the outdoors and working on anything that has a motor.

Andrew Hough
Educational Consultant

Andrew is the newest member of the IST team, joining the organization in Spring 2023. Prior to his current role as the Pennsylvania Consultant, he worked in traditional education for the past 13 years in both the Baltimore and Pittsburgh Areas. Andrew's experiences as a Special Education Teacher, Instructional Coach, and Assistant Principal, have shaped his view and philosophy of education. He is extremely passionate about providing high-quality, STEM-based instructional opportunities that serve to benefit all students. Andrew grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, and much to the dismay of his new co-workers, is an avid Steelers fan. Despite his efforts, he has had difficulty convincing them that Cleveland, has in fact, never rocked. He currently resides in Mt. Lebanon, PA, a suburb of Pittsburgh, with his wife, Steph, and two children - Reagan (3.5), and Brooks (10 months). Andrew and Steph are expecting a 3rd child, a son, due August 2024!

Mia Jackson
Operations & Marketing
Support Specialist

Mia has a bachelor's degree in business administration and management and leadership from Franklin University. At IST, she helps with a wide range of tasks from marketing to daily operations, she fills in the gaps wherever she is needed. Mia has been with IST since 2019 in many different capacities. She started her journey here interning while in college and has now transitioned into a full-time position. While not at IST, Mia enjoys boating, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

Casey Worner
Business Manager

Casey Worner is the Business Manager at Integrated Systems Technologies (IST). She manages the accounts payables and receivables among other internal day-to-day operations. Casey holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters on their family farm, traveling to National Parks, and puzzling.

Justin Zielinski
Educational Consultant

Justin is a dynamic and passionate advocate for cultivating the future workforce through real-world application training and mentorship. With a relentless drive to empower educators and bridge the gap between education and industry, Justin has dedicated his career to preparing the next pipeline of talent for the workforce. When he finds himself out of the office, Justin enjoys slipping off the grid and testing his self-proclaimed survival instincts. Many of his backpacking comrades would attest that he is always the first one to recommend stopping for a quick snack break.

Matthew Aiello
Customer Relations & Engagement Specialist

Matthew is passionate about developing strong relationships with customers, working within the education system to empower students, and providing support that meets the evolving needs of the industry. Originally from Michigan, he has also experienced and embraced the southern lifestyle. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, hanging out with friends, and cheering on all the Detroit sports teams.

Tim Desko
Educational Consultant

Tim joined IST in March 2025 and he covers the New York State Territory.  His vision aligns perfectly with the Team at IST.  Tim is very passionate about developing and creating new relationships.  He has great determination in helping to guide/create high quality pathways that align industry with education for the future workforce in our country. Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, he is a retired professional lacrosse player and collegiate coach.  He was a 2x National Championship athlete at Syracuse University. As a coach, he was a part of the 2016 LeMoyne Dolphins National Championship Team.  Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors, in the yard, on the lake, playing golf or tennis, and enjoying his time with his wife, family, and friends.

Charles Porter
Service Consultant

Charles Porter joined IST part-time in the fall of 2023, working closely with Eric Bradbury while pursuing an associate degree in advanced manufacturing at Jackson College. This role provided him with valuable insights into the installation and service aspects of our company. After graduating with his degree, Charles transitioned to a full-time position at IST in June 2025, where he has expanded his expertise in advanced technologies, including robotic welders, Fanuc robots, 3D printers, and lasers. His hands-on experience has made him a key asset to our team. Outside of work, Charles enjoys going to the gym as well as being outdoors, fishing on the lake, hunting, spending time with family, and working on the farm.
