Justin is a dynamic and passionate advocate for cultivating the future workforce through real-world application training and mentorship. With a relentless drive to empower educators and bridge the gap between education and industry, Justin has dedicated his career to preparing the next pipeline of talent for the workforce. When he finds himself out of the office, Justin enjoys slipping off the grid and testing his self-proclaimed survival instincts. Many of his backpacking comrades would attest that he is always the first one to recommend stopping for a quick snack break.

Andrew is the newest member of the IST team, joining the organization in Spring 2023. Prior to his current role as the Pennsylvania Consultant, he worked in traditional education for the past 13 years in both the Baltimore and Pittsburgh Areas. Andrew's experiences as a Special Education Teacher, Instructional Coach, and Assistant Principal, have shaped his view and philosophy of education. He is extremely passionate about providing high-quality, STEM-based instructional opportunities that serve to benefit all students. Andrew grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, and much to the dismay of his new co-workers, is an avid Steelers fan. Despite his efforts, he has had difficulty convincing them that Cleveland, has in fact, never rocked. He currently resides in Mt. Lebanon, PA, a suburb of Pittsburgh, with his wife, Steph, and two children - Reagan (3.5), and Brooks (10 months). Andrew and Steph are expecting a 3rd child, a son, due August 2024!

Gabe McCready is the President of Operations for Integrated Systems Technologies (IST). Gabe has spent the first 8 years of his professional career consulting and working alongside education institutions to develop industry backed engineering, manufacturing, and automation training programs. By working with local manufacturing employers, education entities, state workforce boards, and automation equipment builders, he has developed a unique perspective and knowledge base on how to connect education and industry to ensure education and training programs produce high skilled individuals ready to work in the manufacturing / automation workforce sector. Outside of IST, Gabe enjoys working on his family farm, mountain biking, and camping.

Eric Bradbury, Regional Sales and Service Manager. Eric is a FANUC Certified Robot Operator (NOCTI FCR-01) in material handling and robotic welding applications. Eric is also a FANUC Certified Collaborative Robot Operator (NOCTI). He received his Associates Degree of Arts from Washtenaw Community College. Eric has obtained multiple certifications related to CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection, 40Hr Hazmat and 30Hr OSHA training. Eric is located at our regional support office in the greater Ann Arbor, Michigan area. Eric enjoys getting to know his customers. He provides individualized service and support while maintaining strong communication throughout your project. You can work closely with Eric to design your new state of the art STEAM/Innovation Center or spend some time together performing hands-on training in the classroom. Eric works closely with the internal sales and service team at Integrated Systems Technology to provide excellent communication and project management throughout the life of your equipment. When not providing sales and service needs to customers, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and dog. He enjoys traveling, being outdoors, camping, riding ATVs, and working on projects around the house.
